The concept of the Positive pressure mask is to be lighter, easier to use and more comfortable than traditional masks and Respirators. Part of the challenge was creating a form factor that didn’t exist yet. To start we used a CAD model of an average face to get the initial shape and size. From there we refined both size and fit through user testing and iteration
